Step into a sanctuary of sound, breath, and movement as you join Sahara Alexandra and Thomas Shanti for an evening designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner harmony.
This workshop offers a powerful blend of traditional Yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork), and a Super Sonic Master Gong Journeyāall within the tranquil setting of the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge.
What to Expect
š§āāļø Sahara will guide you through a grounding sequence of yoga and breathwork, awakening your inner energy channels (nadis) and creating space for renewal and release.
š Tom will then lead a transformational Gong Sound Journey using Master Symphonic & Wind Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and rare temple instruments. The vibrations from these sacred sounds penetrate deep into the cellular and energetic layers of the body, dissolving tension and awakening balance.
Together, these practices weave a deeply restorative experienceāinviting stillness, clarity, and reconnection with your true essence.
