About Sahara Alexandra
Sahara leads from the heart, weaving together earthy, traditional practices with warmth and authenticity. Her teaching embraces yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, Ayurveda, trauma-informed approaches , SEND therapy, womb healing, and more. With experience spanning from teaching children, elderly, neurodiverse, prenatal & post-natal mothers, to name but a few, Sahara brings inclusivity and compassion to every session. Sahara is trained in traditional Ashtanga, vinyasa and yin advanced breathe work and meditation.
Formerly the owner of Bridgnorth Yoga Studio, Sahara now devotes her time to her own family, teaching, retreats, 1-1's, workshops and community collaborations. Her workshops are a celebration of connection—to self, to others, and to the elements.

Nestled in the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge.
Its tranquil courtyard, artisan studios, and heritage character create the perfect backdrop for reflective practice.
