Welcome, registration, and a light breakfast. Connect with other women as we start a refreshing and restorative day.

Interactive Activity: BREATHE Word Hunt
Each participant receives a pouch with mixed letters. Trade letters until you collect all seven letters spelling B-R-E-A-T-H-E. Each letter represents a positive affirmation. Connect, share, and have fun while slowing down to BREATHE.
