Breathwork is an active form of meditation that uses intentional breathing patterns to quiet the mind, release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and access deeper layers of awareness. It helps clear stagnant emotional energy stored in the body, stimulates the vagus nerve, and shifts you from fight‑or‑flight into deep parasympathetic restoration.
As consciousness expands, participants often experience insight, clarity, emotional release, and a powerful reconnection to intuition and inner wisdom.
