About this Event
About This Evening
This February edition of Being Human is dedicated to burnout.. . not as a personal failure, weakness, or lack of resilience, but as a human response to prolonged pressure, responsibility, and disconnection.
Many of us keep going long after our bodies are asking us to stop.
We adapt. We cope. We push through.
Until one day, the system says: enough.
This evening creates space to talk honestly about burnout, without judgement, without fixing, and without productivity language.
Just real conversation, shared understanding, and the permission to exhale.
What This Evening Will Explore
Together, we’ll gently explore:
- How burnout builds quietly over time
- The emotional and nervous system cost of “holding it all together”
- Why burnout isn’t just about work but about survival mode
- What becomes possible when burnout is named and witnessed
- How shared presence and breath can create relief and reconnection
This is not about solutions or strategies.
It’s about recognition, safety, and being met.
What to Expect
This is an intimate, cinema-lounge gathering held with care and intention.
The evening includes:
- Thoughtful framing around burnout and survival mode
- Deep, guided conversation (listening is as valued as speaking)
- Collective reflection in a calm, non-judgemental space
- A closing breathwork meditation journey to support nervous system regulation and integration
There is no pressure to speak.
Sharing is always optional.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Who This Evening Is For
This gathering is for you if you:
- Feel tired beyond physical exhaustion
- Have been “coping” for a long time
- Feel emotionally overloaded or stretched thin
- Want depth and understanding without pressure to change or fix
- Are curious about burnout through a more human, compassionate lens
You don’t need answers.
You don’t need the right words.
Just a willingness to show up.
