About this Event

Join us for an evening of transformational Breathwork, where breath meets energy healing. Guided by Blair Cobb, this session will infuse Reiki into the practice, allowing you to release tension, clear emotional blockages, and restore balance to your body and mind.

🌿 What to Expect:

A guided Breathwork journey to elevate your consciousness and deepen self-connection
Reiki energy healing woven into the experience for enhanced relaxation and alignment
A safe, supportive space to release stress and invite clarity

🧘 Prepare For Your Practice:

Avoid eating a heavy meal within an hour of class.
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
If you feel called to reflect after the session, consider bringing a pen and journal.
Due to limited supplies, we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow/bolster.
An eye mask or covering is optional.

⏳ Arrival & Late Policy:

Doors open at 6:15 PM – please arrive early to settle in.
Doors close at 6:40 PM – to respect the process and avoid disruptions, no late entry will be allowed after this time.

#️⃣ Dial "201" at the call box to enter the building. Wait for the ring, then a beep—once you hear the beep, the door will unlock for you to enter.

🚗 Parking: There is a parking garage around the corner at 1136 4th Street, with the first 90 minutes free.

Blair Cobb is a certified Breathwork teacher and, Reiki Master at START UP WELLNESS. She blends Breathwork and Reiki to help individuals release emotional blockages, regulate their nervous systems, and restore balance in body and mind.

With a passion for holistic healing, Blair creates a safe, supportive space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and transformation. Her approach integrates conscious breathing, energy work, and mindfulness, empowering others to cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
