This no-cost class focuses on practical asthma management skills to help participants control asthma symptoms and reduce attacks. Learn how to correctly use asthma self-management tools such as a spacer, peak flow meter, and Asthma Action Plan. Participants will also learn how to identify and reduce asthma triggers in their environment. Part 2 of a two-part series.
