About this Event
breathe to stillness is an evening breathwork session designed to help you unwind and find a quieter place inside yourself.
I will soflty take you on an exploration of the space between each inhale and exhale — the small, often unnoticed pause where everything softens for a moment. As the breath becomes smoother and more connected, the nervous system begins to settle, the mind loosens its grip, and the body finds its way back to a calmer rhythm.
You don’t need any experience.
What to expect:
- the session is done lying down to allow the body to fully relax
- soft, dimmed lights
- a small group to make it a safe and intimate experience
- soft, groudning music
- a cuppa and a snack at the end
- at the end you are most likely be feeling lighter, calmer, clear-minded, and more grounded than when you arrived.
If you’re craving a gentle way to end your evening, a moment to yourself, or a chance to feel a little more at home in your body, this session is for you.
