About this Event
breathe to stillness is an evening breathwork session designed to help you unwind and find a quieter place inside yourself.
I will soflty take you on an exploration of the space between each inhale and exhale — the small, often unnoticed pause where everything softens for a moment. As the breath becomes smoother and more connected, the nervous system begins to settle, the mind loosens its grip, and the body finds its way back to a calmer rhythm.
You don’t need any experience. There is no "right" or "wrong" way of doing it. You simply lie down, follow the guidance, and let the breath do the work. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded than when they arrived — like they’ve finally exhaled after holding their breath all day.
If you’re craving a gentle way to end your evening, a moment to yourself, or a chance to feel a little more at home in your body, this session is for you.
