✨ Soul Mirror Ceremony – Reflect deeply on your inner truth through guided practices that awaken self-love and clarity.🌌 Astrology for Self Love – Explore how your unique cosmic blueprint reveals your gifts and the ways you are meant to nurture and honour yourself.🌬 Rhythmic Breathwork Journey – Amy of Love Kairos Life will lead you through a sacred breathwork practice supported by music and meditation, designed to activate gratitude, inner peace, and nervous system healing.🔮 Alchemy Singing Bowls – Bathe in vibrational healing sounds that gently reset and restore.🌀 Sacred Circle – Drop into heart-centered connection and be witnessed in a safe, supportive container.
This retreat is co-facilitated by:🌹 Amy of Love Kairos Life – Breathwork and Meditation Coach that holds a sacred and safe container .🌞 Sandy of Solar Power Health – Psychological Astrologer, Yoga Instructor, and World Retreat Leader.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- A yoga mat (for sitting and lying down)
- A journal + pen
- A water bottle
- A light lunch beforehand (please avoid coming with a full stomach for breathwork)
- An eye mask for Breathwork. These can also be purchased on site.
