Jenna McCoy: Soundbath Facilitator, Mindset Coach, Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Mom.
I’m Jenna- a New York native turned California dreamer. After losing my sister to cancer in 2014, I knew I had to make a change. Battling anxiety and depression in a high-stress environment, I embarked on a healing journey, learning life-changing tools to calm my mind and find clarity.
Now, as a mom and the founder of Deadlifts4Donuts, I help women reach their health goals with a holistic approach—repairing relationships with food, rewiring the brain, and managing stress. I’m passionate about helping others live happier, healthier lives.
It’s become my mission to show women that they can thrive both physically and mentally, no matter where they are starting.
