This 3-week guided experience is designed to help you gently release the habit of smoking by working with your subconscious mind, nervous system, and breath—all within the calming, therapeutic environment of the salt room. Rather than forcing change, this approach focuses on rewiring the patterns that keep you stuck, so letting go begins to feel natural and sustainable.
Each session includes 45 minutes of active halotherapy, where a halogenerator disperses pharmaceutical-grade dry salt into the air to support your respiratory system while you relax and receive guided hypnosis.

Week 3 – Reinforcement & Identity Shift
