Breathe Deeper Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Teacher Training is a holistic based 200-hour six-month immersion that extends far beyond learning yoga postures. Our unique training infuses Ayurveda and Yoga working together as a whole. We'll invite you to compassionately explore, discover, and uncover who you are. Delicious, healthy, Ayurvedic meals will be served as we learn about the medicinal roots of our the foods we eat. Our journey will connect us with others and ourselves. Together, we look at clarity of mind, movement of body, and how the tools of healing are in our own hands.To retreat is to step away from the noise and into a safe space for reflection, connections, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Our training weekends are designed to provide such a space and have an overall retreat environment. And it begins with our Opening Immersive weekend!
Our Breathe Deeper journey starts on Friday, October 3rd, at Just Breathe. Nourishing Ayurveda meals will be served each day. Our peaceful Sacred Yoga Deck will provide our foundation as we connect with one another, share, learn, meditate, and move our bodies.
There are several lovely Bed and Breakfasts close by if you would like to stay within walking distance to the studio and the lakefront!
