At Breathe Deep your experience will be somewhat different every time, but one thing is consistent: you will feel like you walked out in a different body than the one you arrived with!
This form of breathwork, also known as conscious connected breathing, is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies, as well as our physical bodies. It’s easy to follow and delivers astounding benefits usually on the very first time, including:

Attendees please bring a yoga mat, water, blanket (for warmth and comfort), and you're encouraged to wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a wide range of movement. Please also avoid eating for at least one hour before the class.
