Speech Marks Coaching and The Breathe Clinic are hosting a fun and interactive seminar that will help you understand how to breathe calmly, how to regulate your breathing when speaking, and how to use public speaking techniques to add power to your voice without putting stress on your vocal cords. Finish sentences strongly, be kind on your vocal cords and be easier to understand. You may even use the techniques to sound more authoritative and engaging!

About Your Presenters
Internationally trained speaker Diana Thomson started her business SpeechMarks Coaching to empower women with public speaking skills so their voices can be heard. This has now expanded to include all genders and many industries. Diana provides public speaking workshops, private coaching, DiSC Personality Profiling and Keynote Presentations. She co-owns ‘She Says So’ the women’s public speaking club which supports women to reach their potential by gaining self-confidence through public speaking. Her book Anyone Can Speak Confidently is a fantastic resource for those wanting to speak up and be heard, deliver a presentation or wanting to be an outstanding communicator.
Dina Ceniza is a breathing coach and certified Buteyko Practitioner. She is the founder of The Breathe Clinic in Auckland. She helps people with chronic hyperventilation which usually manifests as asthma, hayfever, allergies, insomnia, snoring, sleep apnoea, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and stress. She does this by taking her clients through the Buteyko Method of breathing retraining both online or in-person and helps bring their day-to-day breathing back on track and allows them to breathe easier, speak better, sleep deeper and be calmer. Her mission, and passion, is to help people breathe their way to better health, peak performance, and meaningful lives.
