Vitality Day @ Rembrandt Park One is returning for its second edition during the Vitality Month! Another chance to recharge with a full day of wellness activities designed to boost your energy, focus, and wellbeing.
Join us for another special day dedicated to helping you breathe better, feel better, and work better. This in-person event will take place at Rembrandt Park One, where you can participate in wellness sessions such as breathwork, yoga, and meditation - plus a FREE healthy lunch when you join a session- to boost your energy and vitality. Vitality Day Program (start times):
10:00 - Yoga Stretch 30-min
12:00 - Breathwork 30-min “Catch Your Breath”
12:30 - Free Healthy Lunch Box
14:00 - Relaxing Meditation 30-min
16:00 - Breathwork 45-min "Breathe and Reset"
17:30 - Private 1:1 Breathwork
Location: Please gather 5 minutes before the start of the session at the reception :)
Lunch note: in order to have your free healthy lunch box ready, please make sure to reserve a ticket for one (or else we might not prepare enough). And after booking, please specify any dietary requirements or allergies.
