A Guided Breathwork Experience - no experience necessary!
Join us for a guided breathwork experience designed to release emotional tension and regulate your nervous system.
The breathwork will be guided and trauma-informed, with invitations rather than demands. You’re always encouraged to modify, pause, or rest as needed—honoring your own pace and capacity.
You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork - just an openness to meet whatever shows up with curiosity and care.
How the session goes:
- drop into our bodies
- guided active breathing
- relaxation and coming back into our physical space
Yoga mats (or comfy chairs) are provided
You don't need to bring anything except yourself, however, the following items might make your experience more comfortable:
- a bolster for under your knees/extra yoga mat (if laying down)
- a blanket (you might get cold)
- a journal for reflection
- water
- chapstick
Some breathwork tips:
- Recommend not eating a large meal directly before we start-it might make you feel nauseous
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Trust yourself
