Immersed in our Moon & Stars Visuals, this is a practice exploring breathwork linked with energetic liberating movement. Go deeper into breathing, and explore what it's like open naturally & unwind any held tension in your physical and energetic system. You will leave feeling refreshed, liberated, and in the natural flow of life!
About the teacher
Magali's somatic guided journey represents the integration of disciplines that allowed her to transform. Founder of Movimiento Creativo, Maga is an Ontological Coach, Yoga, Dance, and Mindfulness Teacher. For the past decades, she has studied, practiced, and immersed herself in somatics and movement. Her experience has taught her some emotions can't be expressed. They need to move first.
After years of exploring movement and healing, she deeply connected to practicing Zouk in Brazil, finding the intimate relation we can have with and between bodies. Maga during this time also coached high-performance CrossFit athletes to bring their attention to the mind body spirit connection. Being an Ontological Coach, 5 Rhythms dancer, Vipassana practitioner, she realized the importance of deconstruction to find her inner self that keeps unfolding.
