Join us for an evening of slowing down before the holiday rush. With so much stimulation around us this time of year, this workshop is designed to ground you through scent, creativity, and soulful movement.
? Part 1: Mindful Creation with
Craft your own essential oil aroma spray or roller — one for yourself or to gift to someone special. Each blend will be infused with the energy of the full moon and your personal intention. Explore grounding, heart-opening scents and create a tangible reminder of calm and connection.
? Part 2: Full Moon Practice with
Experience a gentle and nurturing yoga session combining breathwork, meditation, and Reiki to help you release what no longer serves you and realign with your heart. This session includes:
- Somatic Breathwork for deep relaxation and nervous system balance
- Visualization Meditation to support emotional well-being
- Aroma Reiki to rejuvenate your energetic body
This final Supermoon of the year (the last until November 2026) offers heightened lunar energy, which can intensify your practice, amplify clarity, and facilitate emotional release. Essential oils will support the experience by easing anxiety, soothing muscles and joints, and uplifting your mood.
This workshop is for anyone with an intention to heal emotional trauma and release physical tension. The use of essential oils in this class will help ease anxiety, soothe muscles & joints and uplift the mood.
