Week 1. Introduction / What are Your Options for Birth
Week 2. Relaxation Techniques / Birth Ball Exercises for Pregnancy, and Labor
Week 3. Reasons for, and Impact of Induction
Week 4. Benefits of Using Water for Labor / Water Birth
We will aim for a 30 minute discussion of each topic, 50 minutes of prenatal yoga asana practice, and 10 mins of relaxation.
