As the evening begins, you’ll be invited to settle in and slow your breathing, preparing your nervous system for relaxation. Gentle movements and intentional stretches will release physical tension and open energetic pathways. From there, you’ll move into guided breathwork to cleanse stagnant energy and awaken your inner vitality. Reiki energy healing will help restore harmony and alignment, while meditation anchors you in a sense of peace and presence.
