About this Event
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation practice that uses the breath as a tool for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection to yourself.
Unlike traditional meditation, this practice is not about clearing your mind or escaping your feelings. It’s about gently meeting yourself where you are — using intentional breathing patterns to move stress, tension, emotions, and stored energy through the body.
During this guided journey, you’ll be led through a continuous breathing technique while lying comfortably on your mat, supported by music, grounding guidance, and a safe space to let go.

No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, soften the noise of the outside world, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

✧ Blanket/pillow for comfort
✧ Journal if desired
