Mary's paintings and writings allow a non-threatening ease of release and inspiration. The colors are nonverbal, so the painting can inspire, heal, and give comfort or peace. Art and color also provide a place to release emotion. When we release emotion, it has the ability to elevate our thoughts. Our thoughts are often illusive and yet our thoughts drive our emotions. The paintings support the process of accelerated movement to greater peace, love and healing. Life is a constant progression to more love and less fear.
