This is an immersive breathwork journey designed to support emotional release, nervous system reset, and access to deeper layers of the inner world
We begin by checking in together and setting intention, arriving in the body and the shared space. From there, the journey builds into a rhythmic, music-driven phase where breath, movement, and live sound activate the nervous system and open sensation, almost like being held by the pulse of a club or dance floor.
As the journey continues, the rhythm softens into a slower, more spacious phase, guided by live music, sound, and a peaceful meditation that invites calm, love, and deep presence. The experience then closes with a group check-in and ceremonial completion, followed by optional tea and unstructured social time at the Earth in Sky Sacred Way Station.
The space is candle-lit with soft, colourful, subtly psychedelic lighting, designed to support altered states while keeping the body feeling safe and oriented.
This is a unique offering and has sold out in the past. Previous participants have shared deep gratitude for the care, depth, and atmosphere of the experience. Earth in Sky is honoured to offer this as part of its holistic wellness offerings.
Facilitators:
Jay Ziebarth is a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork practitioner known for his warm, steady presence, intuitive guidance, and playful energy. He guides the journey using breath, movement, and live music, including singing bowls, harmonium, wayunki, rhythm, and voice.
The group is ceremonially opened and closed by Chauntell Dietrich (Enchaunti Waroway), registered social worker and animist minister, holding the space within Earth in Sky’s circle of care.
What Is Elemental Rhythm Breathwork:
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork blends intentional breathing patterns, movement, evocative music, and integration practices. Breath and sound work together to shift emotional and energetic states, often creating experiences of clarity, release, and insight that feel like entering a deeper inner realm.
This is an ancient practice found across many cultures and traditions, updated with modern nervous system awareness. No substances are used.
