For the last 6 months, we have been gathering with an intimate group of humans at my home in the Santa Fe Arts District.
We have been exploring stress, emotions, and dream like states through movement, breath work, herbs, storytelling, and somatic touch.
The time has come for us to bring more of the community in. Our group is full of amazing human beings. Each week, they step into the space with open minds, curiosity, and reflections. This is a safe place to come for exploration of the body and mind.
