You will receive your tickets 48 hours before your purchased event date/time.Join us at Casa Loma every Sunday morning from June 7 to August 30 for Breath Taking Gardens, an immersive breath, sound, and connection experience presented by Soul Expansion.Set within the lush gardens of Casa Loma, this series brings together history, nature, and sound in a peaceful morning setting. Guided by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, each session features layered instrumentation and intentional frequencies designed to calm the mind and support the bodys natural flow.Blending breathwork, meditation, and live music, this experience offers a unique opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnectwithout ever leaving the city. Joining us this week is yoga instructure Jessica Ullathorne from Sweat and Tonic. Entrance is located through the East Gate, located in the East Parking Lot.Does not include admission to tour the interior of Casa Loma. Terms & Conditions - Participant Waiver Soul Expansion Participant Waiver & Media Release By purchasing a ticket and attending Soul Expansion (the "Event"), you ("Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that the Event may include, but is not limited to: guided breathwork, meditation, sound experiences, physical movement, and emotional or energetic release. I recognize that participation in these activities involves certain risks, including physical exertion, emotional intensity, dizziness, or discomfort. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any physical injury, emotional response, or mental impact that may occur as a result of participation, whether foreseeable or not. I certify that I am in good physical and mental health, and that I have consulted my healthcare provider if I have any medical concerns before attending. 2. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless Soul Expansion, Freddy Gervasi, The Band of Souls, Demo Room, their affiliates, staff, facilitators, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the "Organizers") from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or expenses that may arise from my participation in this Event. This release applies to all forms of liability --- physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise --- whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Medical Conditions I affirm that I will inform the facilitators before the Event of any medical conditions, physical limitations, pregnancy, psychiatric history, or Medic*tion that could affect my ability to safely participate in breathwork or other practices. I understand that breathwork is not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular issues, severe anxiety or panic disorders, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or recent major surgery without medical clearance. 4. Media & Promotional Use I acknowledge that Soul Expansion events may be filmed and photographed for artistic, educational, and promotional purposes. By attending, I grant permission for Soul Expansion and its affiliates to use my image, likeness, and voice in photos, videos, and other media recordings taken during the Event. These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, or documentation across digital and print platforms (including websites, social media, and press materials), without compensation or additional consent. If I prefer not to appear in close-up footage, I may notify the registration team upon arrival. 5. Conduct & Respect I agree to respect the space, facilitators, and fellow participants. I will not record, film, or photograph the ceremony without prior permission. I understand that Soul Expansion events are sacred, inclusive containers, and that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. 6. Acknowledgment By completing my ticket purchase, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that this agreement is legally binding.
