About this Event

Join us for three powerful modalities, intentionally and skillfully woven together for your wellbeing.

Breath Work refers to various techniques involving conscious, intentional control of breathing patterns to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. By changing how you breathe, you can actively stimulate the nervous system, reducing stress (fight-or-flight) and promoting relaxation.

Sound Bath is an immersive meditative experience where participants are bathed in sound waves from various instruments and sound healing tools. The vibrations facilitate shifts in brain states from a more active state to a relaxed or even dreamlike state through a process called brain entrainment. The parasympathetic nervous system is signaled, allowing the body to rest. The experience evokes a sense of deep listening, while allowing release and restoration to occur, leaving a sense of calm and invigoration. Modern science is now confirming the transformational effects of this ancient practice and it's ability to rekindle harmony to mind, body and spirit. This is an experience to be FELT in real life.

Healing Touch is a relaxing, complementary energy therapy that uses gentle, intentional hand techniques to balance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Practitioners clear and energize the human energy field to support the body's natural healing, often working 3–4 inches above the body or with light touch.
