Join us for this intimate in-person ceremony where we gather in feminine presence, moving through breath, sound, voice and the ancient memory carried in water. “Breath of Water” is an embodied ceremony devoted to awakening, balancing, and harmonizing the Water Element within us.
Water is the element of origin — the womb, the bloodlines, the subconscious, the emotional body, and the deep intelligence stored in our cells.
It carries memory.
It carries DNA.
It carries the stories of where we come from.
Through an energetic reprogramming session using the pendulum, we will first tune into the collective information present in our group, our relationship to family, ancestry, emotional imprints, and the unseen currents that shape our lives today.
This information is unique to the women present, and Fiorella will guide us gently through this process. From there, we move into breathwork meditation — soft yet powerful — allowing the waters within to move and reconnect us to our inner source.
Through the breath, we access the deep layers of the nervous system and the subconscious, inviting fluidity, surrender, and clarity. We will then integrate the experience through sound and voice work.
Like ripples in water, our voices will carry the new frequency through the body.
Through toning, and sound we allow what has shifted within us to move, expand, and harmonise at a cellular level.
When a woman lets her voice be heard, she reconnects to her primordial wisdom and her intuitive knowing.
In this ceremony you will experience cacao, meditation, breath, and sound as we gather in sisterhood to return to the waters of our origin. There will be a serving of ceremonial cacao at the beginning of our gathering to help us soften, open the heart, and land into the body.
