Join us for Breath of Renewal, a guided transformational breathwork experience with ceremonial cacao designed to help you reconnect with your body, heart, and the life force awakening within you.
Just as seeds lie dormant beneath the soil, ready to awaken with the returning light, this journey invites you to explore:

🤎 The ceremony begins with heart-opening cacao, inviting warmth, presence, and connection. From there, we move into guided meditation, transformational breathwork, and integration, creating a safe and supportive space to release what no longer serves you and plant new intentions for growth and renewal.
🤍 No prior breathwork or cacao experience necessary.
🌼 What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket / pillow for comfort
• Water
• Journal (optional)
