Breath Of Love is transformative practice that combines rhythmic breathing, breath retention, toning, and live sound frequency guiding you to access state of consciousness.
The goal is to reconnect with our original frequency of unconditional love, the pure state we are born into
This is NOT just a breathwork session, but an authentic ꜱʜᴀᴍᴀɴɪᴄ ʜᴇᴀʀᴛ-ᴏᴘᴇɴɪɴɢ ᴄᴇʀᴇᴍᴏɴʏ, a journey beyond the mind, where you will be cradled in a container unconditional love.
What to expect:
🪶 Deep healing through guided breathwork, with 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 from beginning to end.
