Through guided instruction, you’ll learn how conscious breathing can support your health, regulate your nervous system, and bring greater awareness to the way you breathe each day.Diane will share foundational breathing techniques known to reduce stress, calm the mind, and restore balance. You’ll also learn about common breathing patterns, including paradoxical breathing, and how to shift toward healthier habits. Gentle movement will prepare your body for breathwork, and handouts will be provided so you can continue practicing at home.
The evening will conclude with a deeply restorative Double-Gong relaxation, where the resonant sounds and vibrations of the gongs often guide participants into a spontaneous meditative state, creating a sense of profound calm and renewal.
