THE OFFERING:
Have you experienced Breathwork before? Maybe you have; but not like we teach it! Breath of Life are offering a 4-hour beginner level breathwork immersion perfect for all levels of experience. This group setting breathwork immersion will tie in practical elements as well as being educationally informative, in a safe container environment curated for the growth and experience of each participant.
Experienced instructors will be guiding you through breathwork in the styles of Pranayama and Holo-tropic whilst tying in elements of meditation and sound healing. Rounding out our practical with a gentle sound bath meditation to calm and realign the nervous system.
There will be opportunities to reflect and share your experience in a share circle as well as connecting with like-minded souls over catered tea, coffee and nibbles. You will leave with a toolbox of breathwork knowledge as well as a take home cheat sheet to continue your journey moving forward.
