THE OFFERING:
Have you experienced Breathwork before? Maybe you have; but not like we teach it!
Breath of Life are offering a 4-hour experience with the powerful modality of Breathwork. Our group setting breathwork practice ties in both practical elements & is educationally informative with classroom & immersion settings.
We work alongside our attendees to create a safe contained learning environment curated for the wellness & experience of each participant.
Luke & Kim are experienced instructors & will guide you through breathwork using a fusion style of Pranayama &
Holo-tropic breathing techniques whilst tying in elements of meditation & sound healing.
Rounding out the journey with a gentle sound bath meditation to calm & realign the nervous system.
There will be opportunities to reflect & share your experience with creative questioning to prompt the mind as well as connect with like-minded individuals in the space.
You will leave with a toolbox of breathwork knowledge as well aftercare resources such as our take home work-booklet & join the community chat to continue your journey moving forward.
WHAT IS BREATH OF LIFE?
Breath of Life was created to bring Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness to the masses. Based in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide Luke & Kim have spread the power of Breathwork and Community Connection for the last year.
Utilising their combined knowledge of vibrational sound healing, neuro-linguistic programming & hypnotic language their ambitions are rooted in evolving, expanding and healing the collective, guiding and mentoring upcoming facilitators & leaders within the wellness community of Adelaide and beyond.
