Take a breath with us.Breath of Harmony is a two-hour guided breathwork and energy healing journey designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Using SOMA Breath techniques, guided meditation, and intuitive energy healing, this session supports you to release built-up tension in the body, quiet the mind, and shift stagnant emotional energy.
Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded - like they’ve finally been able to exhale.
You’ll spend the breathwork portion lying down, so come in comfortable clothes and bring anything that will help you feel cosy and supported.
No experience with breathwork or energy practices is needed.
Just come as you are.
Your only job is to breathe, relax, and receive.
