About this Event
Breath Journey is a music-guided breathwork experience designed to help participants access clarity, emotional release, and deeper connection with themselves.
Breath has long been used as a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, processing emotions, and reconnecting with the body. Yet many of us move through our days breathing shallowly and unconsciously, disconnected from one of the most accessible tools for presence and awareness.
This gathering offers a grounded and supportive space to explore what becomes possible when we intentionally work with the breath.
Led in partnership with Sofia Gorder, Owner & Co-Founder of FERAL STATE, this experience combines guided breathwork, music, and reflection to create a container for exploration that feels both expansive and safe. Each session is carefully structured to support meaningful experiences without overwhelm.
The evening unfolds in three parts:
Settle & Ground
Participants arrive, settle into the space, and set a personal intention for the session with a short Meet the Moment presence practice. This opening helps regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for breathwork.
Activate & Explore
Through guided breathing techniques and music, participants will move through an immersive breathwork journey designed to awaken awareness in the body and invite emotional clarity and insight.
Integrate & Reflect
The experience closes with time for integration through journaling, quiet reflection, or optional sharing before returning gently back into community.
