A shared group to support life’s journey and to get resourced, a chance to explore this powerful embodiment work, to share and be supported by the community - be heard and to be seen.
This 4-week closed group is an exploration of the work of Seth Newman's Bioenergetic Alchemy®, a combination of Bioenergetics, Breathwork & Humanistic Psychology.
We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings 7pm-10pm at the Skylight Centre, Highbury & Islington.

Each week we'll meet as a group to explore different practices to release stress, get grounded in our bodies, and connect with what’s most alive in us.
Each week expect to move, breath, release, and connect.
The roots of this work is founded on humanistic psychology, embodiment practices, and is designed and developed by Seth Newman.
*Please note: this is not a training course. it is an experiential and personal exploration. If you are a coach, group leader or facilitator please get in touch with Seth before joining, thank you.
