Join a FREE breath circle with pulmonaut & Pranayama teacher, Jasmine Jade. Learn to cultivate a practice of ancient techniques to bio hack your nervous system and nourish life force.
We invite all adult, 2SLGBTQIA+ queer individuals, friends, and allies to come and experience the exploration of breath in the fireplace lounge at Whistler Public Library. No equipment required nor experience necessary, but we invite you to dress comfortably and warmly.
