ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Joan Filla, M.D., is a local physician who was introduced to Tibetan singing bowls while recovering from the trauma of her past. Singing bowls and meditation became an integral part of her healing journey, and she hopes to share these powerful tools with others.
Michelle Hundt has been teaching yoga since 2014. She focuses on proper body alignment, which builds strength, stamina and coordination, and the sequence of poses.
Sarah Hennessey is a Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration, a spiritual director on staff at the Franciscan Spirituality Center and a graduate of the FSC's Spiritual Direction Preparation Program.
