An evening of breath & mantra to calm the mind and body and open up to deep connection and stillness.This session is a guided journey into the heart of the breath through soothing pranayama and an introduction to the ancient practice of mantra and chanting.
Mantra is a powerful tool of the mind that allows us to access connection, union and stillness. We will learn beautiful mantras or sacred sounds that hold a specific ‘sound code’ or vibratory pattern that, when chanted, stimulate energy within, supporting us to embody more alignment and balance in our lives.
This is a session for discovery and exploration that does not require any previous experience or the ability to sing. It is a practice to find stillness beyond the noise and to support us in cultivating a quiet mind and open heart - from here we can truly manifest the life we want to create.
