About this Event
Air – Breath & Expansion | Sound Bath
The Air element is connected to breath, movement, and mental clarity. In this session, sound and stillness combine to create a spacious environment for the mind and body to expand and reset. As the breath softens and the nervous system settles, many people experience a sense of lightness, openness, and renewed perspective. This sound journey encourages release of mental tension and invites a gentle return to clarity, balance, and freedom of breath.
What to Expect
During each session you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state while sound vibrations gently move through the body.
Participants often experience:
• deep relaxation
• nervous system regulation
• reduced stress and mental tension
• emotional release and clarity
• improved sleep and restoration
Gentle movement like qi gong and restorative yoga is included to open the body for healing.
No experience is required. Simply lie down, relax, and allow the sound to do the work.

Each session aligns with seasonal shifts and explores different energetic themes.
