Enjoy an entire day of self discovery and complete relaxation. Katie & Jake join forces to bring their love of yoga, nature, breath-work, meditation, music and high vibes. We will explore the dualities of yin and yang, masculine and feminine energy to energise and restore.
Our BREATH & BEATS Retreat includes an entire day of beautiful Soul practices, a guided walk through the woodlands, delicious plant-based lunch & snacks and unlimited herbal tea.
