This is Level 2.1 of a Breathwork practitioner training. It is highly experiential using the breath as the means for accessing lingering and debilitating aspects of past pain and shame, abuse and abandonment - and most importantly transmuting and transcending destructive thoughts and addictive behaviour patterns. Untreated trauma diminishes our ability to establish and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships and the when the attachment ruptures it interferes with our wellbeing and resilience.
However, trauma can be addressed, and when it is, our ability to form the lasting, meaningful, healthy relationships, that are so critical to our sense of security, is restored.
