This session is a soft and gentle non-doing or "un-doing" experience. We will be facilitating in ways that allow you to surrender and experience for yourself whatever is waiting inside of you. The body and the self are always orienting in the direction of healing wholeness and expansion. And although we often try to "fix" ourselves through breathing and movement this session is a reminder that there is nothing to be achieved---and to get you to feel for yourself how you can be guided when you let go and trust.

About your facilitator:
Vaishali Iyer is a somatic wellness coach and writer with a background in yoga and various forms of movement including dance swimming and qigong as well as meditation. She has been practicing teaching and continuously learning within the fields of somatics movement and meditation for over 10 years. The heart of her coaching is the central role of the felt body (or life force) in all aspects of life. She teaches you how to harmonise with your innate biological intelligence—so that you can flow with whatever's happening access your power and have fun in the process. Some of the approaches she currently offers include breath repatterning embodied meditation and yoga nidra as well as menstrual cycle and nervous system coaching.
Spandhana leads individuals to holistic well-being with her expertise in yoga therapy and sound meditations. By merging ancient wisdom with modern needs she applies traditional yoga philosophies to empower people in today’s fast-paced world helping her clients harmonize body mind and spirit for balance and inner peace.
