This event spotlights key findings from a research project led by Bow Valley College for TheBraGirl, in partnership with MITACS.
The study gathered insights from mothers of teenage girls living in Calgary, Alberta through surveys and in-depth interviews. These perspectives helped uncover current challenges around teenage girls’ participation in physical activity - particularly as influenced by access to adequate breast support - viewed through the lens of the primary female caregiver.
