Meet the panelists:
Conner Mantz - Conner Mantz is an elite American long-distance runner and Olympian. A two-time NCAA Cross Country Champion, Mantz has also made a mark in professional running with strong showings in road races and marathons, winning the 2024 USA Olympic Marathon Trials and recently placing 8th at the Olympics. His relentless work ethic and strategic racing style have earned him recognition as one of the top young talents in American distance running.
Meb Keflezighi - Meb Keflezighi is a runner, best-selling author and philanthropist. He is the first runner in history to win the New York City Marathon, the Boston Marathon, and an Olympic medal. Today, Meb is committed to helping others Run To Win and nurturing the sport of running for the next generation through the MEB Foundation.
Stephanie Bruce - Stephanie Bruce is a professional distance runner for HOKA NAZ Elite, a mom, and a co-owner of Picky Bars. Despite setbacks after her boys were born, she has achieved notable marathon finishes and won national titles. Living in Flagstaff, AZ, she trains with her husband and runs a coaching business, while navigating personal challenges, including a recent heart condition diagnosis. Stephanie strives to inspire through her journey, emphasizing resilience, humor, and transparency in all aspects of life.
Dr. Lexi Mikrut, DC, MS - Dr. Alexis Mikrut, a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences, holds a Master’s in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition from the University of Western States and a Bachelor’s in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois. She specializes in improving health through nutrition, lifestyle management, and supplements, managing cases ranging from autoimmunity to women's health. Passionate about optimizing overall well-being, she also has completed four marathons and one 50-mile race.
Carey Pinkowski - Executive race director of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, Chicago 13.1, and the Shamrock Shuffle 8k. He ran for Villanova and competed in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters post collegiately.
