Breaking the Chains: A Diaspora Group Hypnotherapy Experience

In this sacred and safe space, we combine the power of Clinical Hypnotherapy with a glimpse into African Spirituality to help you navigate trauma and rediscover your birthright of inner peace and autonomy.

To ensure a transformative experience, we engage all the senses. Participants will enjoy calming herbal teas and curated aromatherapy, creating a lasting sensory anchor for meaningful internal change.

• A Safe & Sacred Space: To uphold the integrity and safety of the group, a mandatory 15-minute consultation will be conducted with each participant after payment is received.
• Deep Transformation: A 60–75 minute guided group hypnotherapy session focused on emotional regulation and trauma healing.
• Sensory Engagement: Specialized herbal tea blends and aromatherapy to deepen the hypnotic state and facilitate relaxation.
• Comfort: This is a seated session. Please dress comfortably to allow yourself to fully relax.
