About this Event
The pandemic era brought new conversations to the forefront around the challenges working moms face. This event will bring together working moms, community leaders, and supporters to share solutions that boost outcomes for women in Denver and beyond.
During the event, we’ll hear from community leaders who share their take on the resources that make the biggest impact on working moms. We’ll also experience exciting moments that include the gifting of a university scholarship by Western Governors University and the donation of a vehicle to a working single mother by Hands of the Carpenter.
Our venue: WeWork’s Circa Building Office at 1615 Platte Street features a gorgeous indoor/outdoor gathering space on the 1st floor of the building. Our venue will remain open-air throughout the event to enjoy the summer breeze. Garage parking is available directly under the building and along the street, as well as metered parking. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find a parking space.
Childcare: A childcare space will be provided in view of parents in attendance. The area will include a covered space with tiered seating, coloring pages, and toys. Please be sure to include your child in your registration, so that we can plan accordingly to provide the number of caregivers needed to monitor and support your child effectively. Children will have access to bottled water, but parents are responsible for providing their own snacks or meals to their children to avoid issues with food restrictions.
