Breaking Invisible Patterns: How Family Stories Shape Us

* Do you ever feel like you’re repeating stories that aren’t yours?
* Do dynamics from your family - unspoken expectations, roles, or emotional inheritances - still echo in your life?
* Have you sensed that certain patterns keep returning across generations?
This workshop invites you to gently uncover these ties, deepen self-awareness, and step into a more authentic version of yourself.
What to Expect
This is an experiential, movement-based, and reflective group process. Through guided exploration, shared exercises, and symbolic expression, we will:
* trace how family history shapes beliefs, emotions, and relationships
* notice invisible loyalties, repeating roles, and inherited burdens
* transform limiting patterns into clarity, strength, and choice
* explore inner landscapes within a safe, held environment
You do not need any previous experience. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore your own story.
Facilitator:
Julia Vinckler-Nannattu has dedicated over 20 years to guiding personal and collective transformation. Her approach is embodied, intuitive, and grounded in methods that bring internal narratives into the light so they can be understood and re-shaped. She works extensively in both Estonia and India, supporting individuals and multicultural groups in deep self-connection.
Qualifications:
Psychodrama Therapist & Trainer (NBBE), Certified Supervisor & Coach (ANSE), Certified Practitioner in Psychogenealogy & Transgenerational Therapy (CPTT)
Organizational Support
Tushar Prakash is a Tartu-based filmmaker from India who has lived in Estonia for six years, and speaks English, Hindi, and Estonian. As the workshop’s organizational supporter, he helps hold the structure and flow of the day so participants can focus fully on their inner process.
Price: 80 EUR (includes coffee & tea breaks)
Language: English
Group size: 8-10 persons
