He will discuss his latest book, Escaping the Growth Curse: The Path to Stronger Corporate Strategy, which he wrote with Keeley Wilson. The book critically examines the challenges faced by mature companies in sustaining growth amidst ever-increasing investor expectations, highlighting the detrimental effects of focusing on short-term financial results at the expense of long-term value creation and corporate resilience.
