The doors open at 7:30 and bacon or egg buns with loads of great coffee and tea available from 7:45. Time to mingle and network.

We'll kick off at 8 with a quick round of introductions and a brief update on the work of the charity.
Our first presenter, Sarah Nicholls, owner of Nicholls Solicitor is going to share her journey from employee to owner and the challenges of building a friendly high performance team
Everybody will get a 60 second (ish) spot for you to introduce yourself and your company and let us all know how we can help you. Who or what is a great introduction for you?
Our second presenter, Kim Seddon, is a Senior Paramedic, an accomplished rugby league player who has a 'side-hustle' PT business. She'll share how she fits it all in!
We'll have a couple of break out sessions and informal networking before we wrap up around 9:30am.
